Conservative States

Who are my legislators, and how do I contact them?

My Legislators (Reps in the app) shows everyone who represents your address, with ways to reach them and a full directory.

  • Website: My Legislators in the menu.
  • App: the Reps tab.

Your representatives

At the top are the legislators who represent your home address. Some states elect more than one member per district, and you will see every one of them. Each card has ways to reach the office:

  • Website: Contact and Call.
  • App: Email and Call. When an office publishes no email address, Email opens the member's contact page on the web instead.

Tap or click a member to see their district, committees, contact details and the bills they sponsor.

When you view U.S. Congress on the State + Congress plan, this page shows your U.S. Representative and your two U.S. Senators instead.

The full directory

Below your own representatives is every member of the legislature. Search by name or district, or filter by chamber, party or committee.

If your representatives look wrong

Your legislators come from your street address. Check that your address in your Profile is complete and current, including the house number and ZIP code. Saving a corrected address updates your districts and representatives right away. When a seat is vacant or has just changed hands, the new member appears once the legislature publishes the change.

To write a letter about a specific bill, use Take Action on the bill instead. It chooses the right legislators for where the bill is right now. See the article on who receives your letter.
