Why doesn't my subscription show in the App Store or Google Play?
Subscriptions are sold on our website, not through Apple or Google, so they never appear in those subscription lists.
Conservative States subscriptions are bought on our website and billed by our payment processor, Stripe. They are not App Store or Google Play purchases, so:
- They do not appear under Subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account.
- Apple and Google cannot cancel, refund or change them.
- Your charge shows on your card statement from Conservative States, not from Apple or Google.
The apps use the same subscription as the website. Once you subscribe, sign in to the app with the same email and password and everything is unlocked.
To manage or cancel, open Settings in the app and tap Manage subscription on the web under Subscription, or open Settings on the website and choose Manage billing.
Deleting the app from your phone does not cancel your subscription. Cancel from the billing page, or delete your account, which cancels it automatically.
If this does not solve it, email support@conservativestates.app with the email address on your account.
