What is the welcome tour in the app, and how do I see it again?
New app users see a short welcome and on-screen tips; you can replay them from Settings.
The first time you open the app after subscribing, a short welcome walks you through the essentials in three cards.
After that, as you visit each screen for the first time, a tip highlights one control and explains it, for example how to swipe a bill row, where the filters are, or where to connect your email. Tap Got it to move on. The tip's highlighted control still works, so you can try it right away. Skip all tips on the first tip turns them all off.
The first bill you open is walked through step by step: writing a letter and following, the alerts bell, the analysis, the status, the votes and the documents. Use Next or Skip.
The tour is remembered for your account, so you will not see it again on another phone or after reinstalling.
Seeing it again
Open Settings, scroll to Account, and tap Take the tour again. The welcome cards and the on-screen tips come back.
The website does not have a tour. Its Home page shows Getting started with three first steps for new accounts.
If this does not solve it, email support@conservativestates.app with the email address on your account.
