How do I sign out, or sign out of every device?

Signing out of this device

• Website: open the menu under your name and choose Sign out.
• App: open Settings (tap your initials at the top of Home, then Settings), scroll to Account and tap Sign out.

If you use Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint sign-in in the app, you will be asked how to sign out. Sign out keeps this device ready for a quick biometric sign-in later. Sign out and forget device means your password is needed next time. Choose the second one on a phone you are giving away or sharing.

Signing out everywhere else

• Website: Settings, Security, Active Sessions, Manage, then Log out all other devices.
• App: Settings, Security, Active sessions, then Log out all other devices.

Every other browser, phone and tablet is signed out. The device you are using stays signed in.

If you think someone else has your password, change your password as well, and consider turning on two-factor authentication. Resetting your password with the Forgot password? link also signs out every device, including the one you are using.
