Conservative States is run by Conservative States, LLC. It is not a government app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any government agency, legislature, elected official or political party.

What comes from the official record

Bills, bill text, amendments, status, sponsors, committee referrals, hearing schedules and roll call votes are public records published by each legislature. Our Where Our Information Comes From page, at my.conservativestates.app/sources, links to every legislature's official website. In the app, open Settings and choose About our information.

What the AI writes

Summaries, categories, analyses, the support, oppose or watch recommendations, and the draft letters are written with the help of artificial intelligence, from a conservative perspective. They are:

• Our opinion, not a statement from any government body
• Not legal advice
• A starting point, which can contain mistakes

Always check anything important against the bill text and the legislature's official website before you rely on it or repeat it. Each analysis ends with an honest caveat that says what it could not tell, and the page reminds you to verify against the bill text.
