How do the iPhone and Android apps work with my account?

Conservative States has an app for iPhone and iPad, from the App Store, and for Android phones and tablets, from Google Play.

Same account everywhere

Sign in with the same email and password you use on the website. Your followed bills, analyses, letters, issues and settings are the same everywhere. If you switch between your state and U.S. Congress, or to an earlier legislature, on one device, the others follow.

You can create a new account in the app, too. Subscribing opens our secure website checkout in a browser and brings you back to the app when you are done. See the article on App Store and Google Play subscriptions.

Getting around

The app has five tabs:

• Home: what needs your attention, happening now, and this week at the Capitol
• Bills: Browse, Following and Analyses
• Act: bills that need your voice now, ready for a letter
• Calendar: upcoming hearings
• Reps: your legislators and the full directory

Tap your initials at the top of Home to open your profile: your issues, your address, your impact, hidden bills and Settings.

In lists, tap a bill to open it. Swipe a bill row left to follow or hide it, and right to take action.
