How do I change my plan, update my card, get receipts or cancel?

Billing is handled by our payment processor, Stripe, on a secure billing page. From there you can:

• Switch between the State and State + Congress plans
• Update your card or other payment method
• See and download past invoices and receipts
• Cancel your subscription

Opening your billing page

• Website: open Settings from the menu under your name, find Subscription, and choose Manage billing. You can also choose Billing from the menu under your name.
• App: open Settings, find Subscription, and tap Manage subscription on the web. Your billing page opens in a browser, already signed in, and you return to the app when you close it.

What Settings shows

The Subscription section shows your plan and its status:

• Free trial, with the date it ends
• Active, which renews automatically
• Canceled or Free trial · canceled, with the date your access ends
• Payment past due, if your last payment did not go through

Changes you make on the billing page can take a moment to appear in Settings. Refresh the page or reopen the app if it still shows the old plan.

If you believe you were charged in error, email us with the date and amount and we will sort it out.
