Conservative States

Where can I see letters I sent, and why haven't I heard back?

Your letter counts appear on Home, Analytics and your profile; most offices do not reply individually.

Seeing what you sent

  • Home shows messages sent this session and legislators contacted, and Your impact this session.
  • Analytics on the website shows your activity by month, where you focus and how the bills you took a position on turned out.
  • Capitol Calendar on the website marks bills you already wrote about as Contacted.
  • App: the Act tab shows your earlier letters on each bill, and Your impact in your profile (tap your initials on Home) sums them up.
  • Your email Sent folder holds every letter sent from a connected Gmail or Outlook account.

When you look at an earlier legislature, Home lists the letters you sent during it.

Why offices may not reply

Legislative offices receive a great deal of mail, and most do not answer each letter, especially during a busy session. Committee members receive letters from across the state and may reply only to their own constituents. Your letter was still delivered and counted. Offices often tally letters for and against a bill, even when no one writes back.

If you connected Gmail or Outlook, any reply comes to that inbox. Letters sent through an office's contact form or Congress's systems include your email address, so replies come to the email on your account.

If this does not solve it, email support@conservativestates.app with the email address on your account.
