I forgot my password

1. On the sign-in page (website or app), choose Forgot password?
2. Enter the email address on your account and send the reset link.
3. Open the email and follow the link to set a new password of at least 8 characters.

A few things to know:

• The link works for one hour. If it has expired, request a new one.
• Check spam or junk if the email does not arrive within a few minutes, and make sure you typed the address on your account.
• You can request a few links in a row, but after several requests in a short time you will need to wait about 15 minutes before asking again.
• Resetting your password signs you out everywhere. Every browser, phone and tablet signed in to your account is signed out, so sign in again with the new password on each device.
