How do I change my email address, password or name?

Password

• Website: open Settings from the menu under your name. In Change Password, enter your current password and your new one twice, then choose Change Password.
• App: Settings, then Security, then Change password. Enter your current and new password and tap Save password.

New passwords must be at least 8 characters. If you do not know your current password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page instead.

Name

On the website, open Profile from the menu under your name and choose Edit in Profile Information. Your name signs every letter you send, so keep it as you want legislators to see it.

Email address

The email address you sign in with cannot be changed from the app or website yet. Email support@conservativestates.app from your current address and tell us the new one, and we will change it for you.

This is different from the Gmail or Outlook account your letters are sent from. You can connect or disconnect that yourself in Settings. See the article on how letters are delivered.

If this does not solve it, email support@conservativestates.app with the email address on your account.
