What is in Settings?

Open the menu under your name in the top right corner and choose Settings. Every staff member can open Settings, but most sections can only be changed by an Owner. The menu on the left of the Settings page groups the sections.

Workspace

• General. Display name, subdomain, contact email, phone and website. See the article on branding and organization details.

Branding

• Branding. Logo, primary and secondary colors, and default wording for public pages and emails.

Email & marketing

• Alert email design. The look of alert emails sent to supporters, with a live preview.
• Sending domains. Send alerts from your own domain, such as alerts@exampletaxpayers.org. See the article on using your own sending domain.

Integrations

• Legislative Analyst. Turns on the AI Analyst by adding your organization's own AI provider key, with a spend limit. See the article on the AI Analyst.
• MCP connections. Lets your team use Conservative States inside AI apps such as Claude and Codex. See the article on MCP connections.
• Partner API & webhooks. Connects your CRM to your supporter data. See the article on the partner API.
• Website embeds. The websites allowed to show your action pages and bill list, the embed code, and connected WordPress sites. See the articles on embedding and the WordPress plugin.

Bills

• Amendment packets. Settings for uploaded amendment packets. See the article on amendment packets.

Team

• Team & access. Members, pending invitations, the roles table and the invitation form. See the article on managing team members.

Your own preferences

Your personal email digest settings are not in Settings. Choose My email digests from the same menu under your name.
