How do I contact Conservative States support?

Email us

Email support is for subscribers and organizations. Email support@conservativestates.app and a person will reply.

To help us find your account and fix things quickly, please include:

• The email address on your Conservative States account.
• Whether you were using the website, the iPhone app, the Android app, or an organization's page or website (and which organization).
• What you were trying to do and what happened instead, including any message you saw.
• A screenshot, if you have one.

Please never send us your password, a two-factor code or a full card number. We will never ask for them.

The chat assistant

The chat assistant on our website answers questions from these help articles. If it cannot answer your question, or you would rather talk to a person, say so and it will tell you how to reach our support team, who reply by email. Subscribers and organization staff can always email support@conservativestates.app directly.

If you signed up through an organization

If you signed up through an advocacy organization's page, your questions go to that organization. Its campaigns, its positions and the messages it sends you are the organization's; for signing in, your account or how the pages work, start with the supporter help pages, and if they do not solve it, contact the organization, whose staff can reach us on your behalf. Requests about your personal information still go to privacy@conservativestates.app.
